Camp Hope
During the Summers of 2015 and 2016, I worked as a counselor for a camp sponsored by the Chattahoochee Baptist Association. This camp allows underprivileged girls to get away from their homes for a week and enjoy fun activities. Many of these girls are coming from broken homes and get to come spend a week being loved on. We take them to the lake everyday, play recreation games, and make crafts. The girl's favorite part about camp is at the end of the week, we host a talent show that they can enter into.
Since September of 2017, I have been a foster parent for the GA SPCA. I foster kittens that are to young to be fixed and adopted. Once they have reached the age of adoption they are sent back to the SPCA to find a forever home.
